Join Dr. Ashley Rieger for our monthly Plant Spirit Meditation at Fettle Botanic. Plant communication strengthens our connection to herbal medicine and opens us to their energetics and messages. In this class we will taste, smell, and explore an unidentified medicinal plant. After a guided meditation participants will share their experiences with the herb before learning about its medicinal and energetic properties along with traditional folklore.
